The problem
Content production is a long chain: topic selection, research, writing, proofreading, data, and final manuscript. Every step has people; the handoffs between steps consume the most time.
What we built
We turned the chain into an eight-stage AI pipeline that runs from topic to finished book. It is not a “one-click book generator”; it fixes the inputs, outputs, and acceptance criteria at each stage so people can make the calls that matter.
Results
Our own topic selection, research, writing, proofreading, and final manuscript all run on this pipeline. It is first our own production tool, and only then a method we can reuse with clients.
Boundaries
This is an internal production system, not a SaaS product. Output quality depends on the input material and human judgment.
