MoMu Intelligence was founded in October 2026 in Beijing. We believe AI creates value in daily work, not in a demo.
We kept seeing the same gap.
While delivering AI projects on the ground, we kept seeing the same gap: the demo looks great, production is far away. Data sits with the business, permissions with IT, budget with the boss, and the people who actually use the system sit in another workflow. If no one connects these, the project stops at the demo.
The company started with a narrow purpose: do AI delivery, and nothing else. We put engineers inside the business, work against acceptance criteria, and leave the method with the client’s team. The company can be small; the delivery has to be solid.
